Refund policy

1- المعاينة قبل الاستلام

يحق للعميل معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام، للتأكد من سلامة المنتج ومطابقته للمواصفات المذكورة على الموقع.

2- الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يحق للعميل طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 15 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وذلك في حال:

• عدم وجود تلف ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام.

يتم رد المبلغ أو استبدال المنتج بعد فحصه والتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع.

 

1- Order Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer has the right to inspect the order upon delivery to ensure the product is in good condition and matches the specifications listed on the website.

2- Exchange and Return

The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 15 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

• There is no damage resulting from misuse.

The refund or exchange will be processed after the product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions.
